Porridge with plums and walnuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup(s) oatmeal
  • 1 cup of milk (approx. 200 – 250 ml content)
  • 5 plums, finely chopped
  • 1 handful of walnuts, chopped
  • n. B. honey, sugar or other sweetener
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Bring the oat flakes and milk to a boil and simmer for a while. Be careful not to overcook! Then add the finely chopped plums and nuts. Finally, sweeten to taste and sprinkle with cinnamon. Tips: This porridge also tastes good with oat bran; I use about 30 g. Of course, you can also cook the plum pieces if you prefer.
