Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g biscuits (butter), oat flakes or wholegrain
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 2 cans condensed milk, sweetened, e.g. Milchmädchen
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 300 ml lemon juice
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel
  • Butter, for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Simple, delicious dessert

Base: Combine the butter with the crushed biscuits and knead into a dough. Press the dough into a buttered springform pan, creating a rim approximately 2-3 cm high. Filling: Combine the condensed milk and cream well. Then add the lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir continuously until a smooth mixture forms. Pour this mixture onto the biscuit dough in the pan. The cake must rest in the refrigerator overnight. Variations: Once the cake has set, you can place mango or peach slices on top. Fruit can also be folded into the filling.
