Pot cake without base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg quark (cottage cheese)
  • 300 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients well. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
