Pot Meatballs
The perfect pot meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Germ
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 5 tbsp Lukewarm milk
- 50 g Butter
- 65 g Icing sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Lemon sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 g Potting
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 75 g Raisins
- For frying
- Coconut fat or oil
- Mix yeast, sugar and milk, let rise for about 15 minutes, stir the butter until foamy and gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon sugar, egg, salt and curd cheese. Half of the flour then stir in the yeast, then the REst flour and milk Beat the dough until it bubbles. Let stand in a warm place until it is twice as high, fold in the raisins. Cut small balls with 2 teaspoons, bake in the hot fat until golden brown, sprinkle with sugar.
