Potato and Broccoli Casserole with Fish

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Potatoes, cooked
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 150 ml Soy cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Pollack fillets millers Art
  • Salt pepper. nutmeg
  • Grated parmasan

Instructions
 

  • Divide the broccoli into florets, peel the stem and cut into slices, blanch everything in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain, collect the cooking water. Cut the potatoes into slices, lay them flat in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread the broccoli on top. Mix the soy cream with approx. 1/8 l of the cooking water, stir in the egg, season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour everything over the casserole.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. Scatter some parmasan around 10 minutes before the end. Fry the fish fillet for about 10 minutes, turning once.
