- Oil or clarified butter
- Approx. 6 pieces

- 0,5 Becker Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Dille chopped – at will
- 2 Toes Pressed garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 100 g Smoked salmon
- Wash the potatoes and carrots, peel them and grate them finely or if you prefer coarser, press them out firmly (very important).
- Put the egg, flour and finely diced onion and the spices into a batter.
- Let the oil or clarified butter get hot in a pan. Use a spoon to put a certain amount of batter into the hot fat, flatten it a little and bake it until crispy brown
Sour Cream Dill Sauce
- Stir sour cream and creme fraiche until smooth, add finely chopped dill and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the crispy baked pancakes with salmon and the sauce, I liked it very much. I ate green salad with it.
