Potato and Carrot Stew with Frankfurter

Ingredients
 

vegetables

  • 4 medium sized Diced carrots
  • 6 size Diced potatoes
  • 1 Diced soup vegetables
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Tomato paste

Spices

  • Freshly chopped thyme
  • Freshly cut lovage
  • Salt and pepper

flesh

  • Frankfurter or extra sausage
  • Oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • 1. Lightly fry the onion in oil or butter. Add soup vegetables. 2. Add tomato paste and continue to sweat slightly. 3. Pour a little water on top and bring to the boil. then add the carrots. 4. Pour a little water again and cook for about 3 minutes. 5. add the diced potatoes and pour in water again until everything is covered. Bring the whole thing to a boil. 6. Season with salt and pepper (carrots are very sweet so it can be a bit of salt) cook for about 20 minutes 7. Add freshly chopped spices. Cook for about 3 minutes and season again to taste. 8. Before serving, add the Frankfurters to the stew to warm up. Bon appetit (meal as we say)
