Potato and Celery Mash

The perfect potato and celery mash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 Celeriac, approx. 600 g
  • 0,25 l Milk
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • Salt, grated nutmeg
  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and celery and cut into small pieces. Cover and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes. Pouring off. Warm up the milk and butter, add and mash everything to a puree. Season with salt and nutmeg.
  2. Tastes good with roast beef in chili-chianti sauce, with roasts or pan-fried foods.
