Salmon Packet with Spinach and Carrots (Boris Becker)

The perfect salmon packet with spinach and carrots (boris becker) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 leaf Parchment paper
  • 400 g Skinless salmon fillet
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 1 Pc. Onions
  • 2 Pc. Coriander sprig
  • 2 Splash Maggi
  • Pepper
  • 3 Pc. Rosemary sprigs
  • 2 Pc. Carrots
  • 6 Handful Fresh spinach
  • Butter
  • Brown sugar
  1. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Stew with butter and a little mineral water. Add the spinach and fold in. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the salmon fillet into three equal-sized slices and place each on a piece of parchment paper. Put onion chopped onions, chopped coriander and rosemary, salt, pepper, maggi on top of the salmon. Press on the garlic and place on top of the salmon.
  3. Wrap the salmon in parchment paper and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about five minutes.
  4. Place the salmon packet on a plate and arrange the vegetables in a bowl next to it.
