Potato and Kohlrabi Pan
The perfect potato and kohlrabi pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 medium size Kohlrabi
- 1 size Carrot
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Water
- 30 g Herbal mixture TK
- 50 g Feta
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi.
- Fry everything in a non-stick pan in oil while turning. Now pour in some water (or vegetable stock) and simmer until the potatoes are done. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread the herbs and crumbled feta on top.
- I prepared the whole thing in my Actifry. Timer set to 25 minutes.
