Potato and Kohlrabi Pan

The perfect potato and kohlrabi pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 medium size Kohlrabi
  • 1 size Carrot
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Water
  • 30 g Herbal mixture TK
  • 50 g Feta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi.
  1. Fry everything in a non-stick pan in oil while turning. Now pour in some water (or vegetable stock) and simmer until the potatoes are done. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  1. Spread the herbs and crumbled feta on top.
  1. I prepared the whole thing in my Actifry. Timer set to 25 minutes.
