Kohlrabi and Potato Soup
The perfect kohlrabi and potato soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
- 3 Potato
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Noilly Prat
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Cream
- 2 pinch Black clover spice
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg, chili powder
- Peel the kohlrabi and potatoes and cut into larger cubes.
- Peel the shallot and garlic, dice and fry in a little olive oil. Add the kohlrabi and potato cubes and roast briefly.
- Deglaze with Noilly Prat, pour in the vegetable stock and cream and season. Let everything simmer over a moderate heat until the vegetables are soft.
- Finely puree the soup with a hand blender and season to taste again.
