Potato and Kohlrabi Soup

- 800 g Potato
- 1 Kohlrabi fresh
- 2 Leek
- 150 g Celeriac fresh
- Wild garlic pesto – recipe from me in the database
- Dice the kohlrabi, celeriac, the white of the two leeks and the potatoes and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer until vegetables are soft. Puree together with 1 handful of fresh sorrel. Place on plate and stir in 1 teaspoon of wild garlic pesto.
