Potato and Kohlrabi Soup

The perfect potato and kohlrabi soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Potato
  • 1 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 2 Leek
  • 150 g Celeriac fresh
  • Wild garlic pesto – recipe from me in the database
  1. Dice the kohlrabi, celeriac, the white of the two leeks and the potatoes and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer until vegetables are soft. Puree together with 1 handful of fresh sorrel. Place on plate and stir in 1 teaspoon of wild garlic pesto.
