Potato and Leek Casserole with Ham

- 1 kg Potatoes
- 500 g Leek
- 3 Onions
- 150 g Raw ham
- 200 g Crème fraîche with 14% fat
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g Frozen chives
- 2 potty Knorr bouillon pure beef
- Dice the onions, cut the leek into half rings.
- Fry the ham until crispy. Add onions and leeks and fry briefly. Deglaze with a little water and simmer for approx. 3-5 minutes until soft.
- Mix the eggs, crème fraîche and milk and add to the pan as well. Stir in the stock.
- Peel and dice the potatoes and add to the pan with the chives. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Fill into a baking dish and bake in the oven preheated to 190 ° for about 50-60 minutes. If you like, you can also sprinkle cheese over it before baking.
