Vegetable Side Dish: Mushroom and Onion Pan
The perfect vegetable side dish: mushroom and onion pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 20 tan Mushrooms
- 2 piece Cut onions
- 2 piece My vegetable broth *
- 30 g Alsan
- 30 g Ground cubeb pepper
- Brush the mushrooms with a vegetable brush and cut into slices.
- Heat alsan, a vegetable margarine, in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the mushrooms and stew for a few minutes.
- Season the whole thing with pepper and the vegetable broth – I like to use my own vegetable broth instead of salt, it is rich in taste and much healthier … we consume far too much salt without any problems.
