Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 medium-sized bell peppers, red, yellow and green, cut into cubes
- Zucchini, cut (about the same amount as peppers)
- 2 can/n tomatoes, chunky
- 1 onion(s), diced
- n. B. Garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 250 g minced meat
- oregano
- Balsamic vinegar
- Vegetable broth, granulated
- salt and pepper
- oil
- n. B. Sambal Oelek
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the minced meat in a little oil until browned and crumbly, add the onion and garlic, and fry for a few minutes. Then add the sliced zucchini and diced bell peppers and fry everything for a few minutes. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes. Season to taste with oregano, balsamic vinegar, vegetable stock granules, salt, and pepper. If you like it spicy, you can also add a little sambal oelek. Simmer a little longer and then serve with rice.
