Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 medium-sized bell peppers, red, yellow and green, cut into cubes
  • Zucchini, cut (about the same amount as peppers)
  • 2 can/n tomatoes, chunky
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • n. B. Garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 250 g minced meat
  • oregano
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Vegetable broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • n. B. Sambal Oelek

Instructions

Fry the minced meat in a little oil until browned and crumbly, add the onion and garlic, and fry for a few minutes. Then add the sliced ​​zucchini and diced bell peppers and fry everything for a few minutes. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes. Season to taste with oregano, balsamic vinegar, vegetable stock granules, salt, and pepper. If you like it spicy, you can also add a little sambal oelek. Simmer a little longer and then serve with rice.
