Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 320 g jacket potatoes, cold
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g spelt flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
  • 1 tsp bread spice mix
  • ½ tsp turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with spelt flour and potatoes, super quick and delicious

Combine yogurt, quark, salt, turmeric, bread spice (optional), and vinegar. Peel and mash or press the potatoes, then mix well. Combine the flour and baking powder and knead until a firm dough forms. Divide the mixture into three portions and shape into baguettes. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool, and then enjoy.
