Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some nutmeg
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 300 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 300 g potatoes, boiled
  • 1 tsp margarine for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

for the Ultra Pro 3.5 l saucepan

Put the flour in a bowl, add salt and nutmeg. Crumble the yeast into the warm milk and stir to dissolve. Mash the potatoes and add to the yeast milk. Add everything to the flour and knead into a dough. Let the dough rise. Grease the Ultra. Knead the yeast dough thoroughly and pour into the casserole dish. Let the dough rise again in a warm place until it has noticeably increased in size. Cover and place in the oven preheated to 175°C. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes.
