Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 packets of dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 200 g mashed potato powder
  • 1 liter of water
  • Grease for the tray
  • Oil for drizzling
  • Salt for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 40 minutes

e.g. with grilled meat

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let it rest for approximately 5-6 hours, until it has doubled in size. Then place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 170°C. Finally, drizzle with salad oil and sprinkle with salt.
