Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g wheat flour type 550
  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of bread spice mix
  • 5 g salt
  • 10 g margarine, soft
  • 200 g potatoes, boiled
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

a light, airy white bread for the BBA

Mix the flour with the bread spice and the dried yeast. Mix the salt with the softened margarine. Mash the soft-boiled potatoes finely and let them cool (!). First, add the water to the pan, then the flour mixture. Then add the potato mixture and finally the salt-margarine mixture. For regular bread, use 500/750 g. Caution: The bread will rise very high, so please only use the specified amounts. Otherwise, you’ll end up with a disaster.
