Delicious party bread with mashed potatoes
Make a yeast dough from the first 6 ingredients and refrigerate it overnight, ideally. This allows the mashed potato powder to expand better. But it’s not necessary. It can also be made fresh. Oil a baking sheet, spread the dough on it, make indentations with a spoon, and drizzle with a little oil. Sprinkle on some spices and herbs and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes. Then bake at 175°C for a further 20 minutes. Garlic and herbs can also be incorporated into the dough itself. The spices are to taste. It’s easy to make and very popular!
