Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives
- ½ tsp thyme, dried
- ½ tsp marjoram
- ½ tsp chervil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients together. Tastes delicious with fondue or grilled food.
