Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 small bottle(s) of bitter almond flavoring
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 400 g potatoes, boiled, mashed warm
- 150 g cake icing
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix all the ingredients until creamy. Stir the still-warm mashed potatoes into the batter. Pour everything into a greased springform pan and bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes. Then spread with about 150g of chocolate glaze. Tip: It’s best to bake the cake a day in advance, as the chocolate glaze takes a long time to dry (at least half a day). The cake tastes really fresh and delicious.
