Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, peeled, grated
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- Nutmeg, grated
- ½ bunch parsley, chopped
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Supplement
After grating the potatoes, drain them, then mix them with the onion, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parsley. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes in batches.
