Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 500 ml olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with a light garlic note
Peel the potatoes and then thinly slice or grate them. Heat the oil over high heat and add the vegetable stock and garlic salt. Fry the potato patties in the boiling oil for about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain them on a kitchen towel and serve with your favorite dish. In the photos, I’ve shown them with goulash.
