Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, waxy, small
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 28 minutes; Total time approx. 43 minutes
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes, drain, let them cool, and peel. Heat the olive oil and butter and fry the potatoes over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
