Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g floury potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 small onions
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Salt
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Wash and brush the potatoes, then cut them into large cubes with the skin on. Then mix the bacon with the potatoes. Grease an ovenproof dish. First add the diced onions and garlic, then season generously with salt and pepper and pour in the cream. Bake in the hot oven for about 40 minutes.
