Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, floury
- 2 onions
- 250 g sour cream, 10%
- salt and pepper
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 bunch of chives or other herbs
Instructions

Bavarian spread
Boil the potatoes, peel them, and press them through a potato ricer. Peel the onions, finely dice them, and sauté them until translucent. Mix them with salt, pepper, sour cream, and cream into the potatoes. Garnish with chives or other herbs to taste.
