- 8 m.-sized potatoes
- e.g. chicken seasoning or paprika
- Salt
- oil

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Thread them onto wooden skewers. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with oil on all sides. Season the skewers as desired, e.g., with roast chicken seasoning and paprika. Bake in the oven at 220°C (425°F) for approximately 25-35 minutes. Add salt if desired. This goes well with the “Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Breast” (Chefkoch) or simple grilled steaks, which can be cooked simultaneously on a second baking sheet.
