Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 beetroots, fresh, raw
- 1 apple
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey, maybe a little more or less
- some lemon juice
- 10 walnuts

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
refreshing salad for every season
Peel, quarter, and grate the beetroot! Wash the apple and grate it into the beetroot. Mix in the yogurt, honey, and lemon. Crack the walnuts and crumble them. Stir them into the salad. Now put it in the fridge and let it sit for about an hour (if it survives… it’ll usually be eaten before then).
