Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g dough (dumpling dough)
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 100 g ham
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 1 cup of cream
- pepper
- herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Form the finished dumpling dough into small dumplings and place them in a microwave-safe dish. Slice the leek into rings and arrange them on top. Place the finely chopped ham on top of the leek. Season with coarse pepper and Italian herbs. Add the Emmental cheese and pour over the cream. Cook for 15 minutes in a 600W microwave.
