Tonka Panna Cotta
The perfect tonka panna cotta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 15 g Agar Agar. Dry product
- 0,25 Tonka bean
- 1 liter Whipped cream
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Oranges
- 1 Grapefruit rosé
- 1 tbsp Orange liqueur
- 6 sharpen Mint fresh
- Mix agar agar with 50-100 ml cream in a cup.
- Finely grate the tonka bean with a nutmeg grater and mix with the sugar. Bring the whipped cream to the boil in a saucepan. Add the agar agar with the cream and let it boil slightly. Remove the saucepan from the heat, stir the sugar and tonka bean into the cream and allow to cool Divide the tonka panna cotta into 6 dessert glasses and leave to cool completely in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Peel the oranges and grapefruit so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the fruit fillets between the separating skins and mix with the orange liqueur in a bowl. Spread the fruit on tonka panna cotta and serve garnished with the mint.
