Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 egg(s)
- 1,250 ml broth
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and grate the potatoes. Mix with the egg and season with salt. Add the potato mixture to the boiling broth and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with chives and parsley before serving.
