Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g quark, cream cheese or skyr
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 40 g protein powder, neutral
- 50 g oat bran
- 35 g psyllium husks
- 25 g potato fiber
- 4 g baking powder
- 3 g salt
- n. B. Bread spice mix
- 100 g water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
without flour
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Quickly mix all ingredients together. Let stand briefly. Form 5 rolls from the mixture. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, score as desired, and sprinkle with potato fiber and psyllium husks, if desired. Grains and seeds are also delicious on top. Bake for about 40 minutes.
