Potato Fritters La Andreas

  • 1 kg Potato freshly peeled
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • White milled pepper
  • Oil
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Peel the onions.
  2. Grate the potatoes and onion (we grate them finely), mix in the eggs and flour and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry it in portions.
  4. We had applesauce, turnip tops and hearty wasabi cream.
