Meat Fritters and Potato Salad

Ingredients
 

  • Potatoes as needed
  • 1 small Finely diced onion
  • Some meat broth but warm
  • Vinegar and oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Chives if you like
  • Some Maggi seasoning
  • 500 g According to minced meat
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper and paprika seasoning
  • Some semolina
  • Some grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes, peel them and let them cool. In the meantime, peel the onion and cut it into small pieces, while you can prepare the meat broth. It should be used warm as it is better absorbed by the potatoes.
  • Cut the potatoes into slices or, better said, knead them 🙂 as the Swabian says. then mix the meat broth, the spices with the sugar and the vinegar and the seasoning. Add the chives and finally add the oil as it now combines better with the salad.
  • Mix the minced meat with the eggs and spices including the grated cheese, add some semolina for the consistency. Now form the meat fritters and fry them in the pan as usual. I always put them in the oven to finish cooking. Good luck and good hunger; o)
