Potato Fritters Burger

The perfect potato fritters burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 tbsp Potato dough (finished product)
  • 100 g Ground beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 disc Eggplant fresh
  • 1 disc Cheddar cheese
  • 1 disc Tomato
  • 1 disc Onion
  • Barbecue sauce
  1. Bake a crispy potato cake out of the potato batter. Knead the mince with salt and pepper, form a burger patty and fry. Fry the aubergine slice on both sides. Also fry the onion slice briefly.
  1. Layer all the ingredients into a burger and briefly melt the cheese in the oven at 200 degrees. Serve with BBQ sauce or sauce of your choice
