Potato Fritters Burger
The perfect potato fritters burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tbsp Potato dough (finished product)
- 100 g Ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 disc Eggplant fresh
- 1 disc Cheddar cheese
- 1 disc Tomato
- 1 disc Onion
- Barbecue sauce
- Bake a crispy potato cake out of the potato batter. Knead the mince with salt and pepper, form a burger patty and fry. Fry the aubergine slice on both sides. Also fry the onion slice briefly.
- Layer all the ingredients into a burger and briefly melt the cheese in the oven at 200 degrees. Serve with BBQ sauce or sauce of your choice
