Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.3 kg potatoes, peeled and washed
- 75 g butter
- 1 garlic clove(s), peeled
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 100 g mountain cheese, grated
- n. B. Caraway
- salt and pepper

for cheese lovers
Melt the butter, crush the garlic, grate the cheese, and slice and season the potatoes. Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan (approx. 26 cm in diameter) with baking paper. Layer the potato slices in a fan shape in the pan, brushing every other layer with butter and alternating layers of cheese and garlic. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Serve with salad.
