Coconut lassi with sugared coconut pieces

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 100 g coconut milk, creamy
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey, light
  • 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • n. B. Coconut meat, young, fresh
  • n. B. Coconut blossom sugar, granulated
  • e.g. coconut
  • e.g. lemon(s)
  • n. B. flowers and leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the fresh flesh of a young coconut and roll it in coconut blossom sugar. Separate a slice and use it with the cubes for garnishing. Place all the ingredients for the lassi in a blender and blend at full speed for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour into a large glass, garnish, and serve with a straw and a long teaspoon.
