Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 100 g coconut milk, creamy
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey, light
- 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- n. B. Coconut meat, young, fresh
- n. B. Coconut blossom sugar, granulated
- e.g. coconut
- e.g. lemon(s)

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely dice the fresh flesh of a young coconut and roll it in coconut blossom sugar. Separate a slice and use it with the cubes for garnishing. Place all the ingredients for the lassi in a blender and blend at full speed for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour into a large glass, garnish, and serve with a straw and a long teaspoon.
