Ingredients
- 500 g Boiled potatoes from the day before
- 2 Leek sticks cut into strips.
- 100 large Diced Bacon
- 0,5 Sliced onion
- 1 small can Sliced mushrooms. **
- 0,5 dL White wine
- 2 dL Cream, 1 egg
- 120 g Berg cheese grated
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg.

Instructions
- Cut the peeled potatoes into slices. Mix together with half of the cheese, the onions, the mushrooms and the leek and bacon in a bowl. Add the wine, egg and cream as you like and pour into the prepared dish. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake in the 180 ° oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve with a fresh, crunchy salad.
