Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup of milk
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 zucchinis
- 5 m.-sized potatoes
- ½ pack of bacon or ham cubes
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- 1 pack of grated cheese
- ½ jar tomato sauce (arrabiata)
- n. B. Oil
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Brown the bacon or ham cubes in a pan and place them in a bowl. In the same pan, brown the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-thick slices. Pour the heavy cream into a medium saucepan, fill the mug with milk, and add it. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Add the potatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer for 7 minutes, then add the bacon or ham cubes and simmer for another 7 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Slice the zucchini and arrange them in an oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with the vegetable stock. Spoon over the tomato sauce, then layer the ground beef on top. Spread the potato and cream mixture on top and top with cheese. Bake the casserole for 15 minutes at 180°C, then bake at 150°C for 10 minutes.
