  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Herbal mix Mediterranean
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Grated nutmeg
  • 350 g Pork fillet in slices or in pieces

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C O / U heat. If necessary, grease a baking dish.
  • Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into thin slices or slice them finely. Arrange the potatoes on the edge of the pan, see photo.
  • Mix the cream, milk and herbs together and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the cream sauce over the potatoes. Then bake the potatoes in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  • In the meantime, rinse the fillet, pat dry and place in a bowl. Mix the fillet with salt, pepper and a little oil and let it steep a little.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and fry the marinated fillet vigorously on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
  • After the potatoes have cooked for 25 minutes, place the fillet in the center of the pan. Put the pan back in the oven and finish cooking for about 15 minutes.
