Asian Minced Meat with Fried Egg and Yellow Basmati Rice

Ingredients
 

Asia minced meat:

  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 50 g 1 Onion
  • 10 g 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 g 1 piece of ginger
  • 15 g 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp Sambal oelek
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill

Fried egg:

  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Sweet paprika

Yellow basmati rice:

  • 100 g Basmati rice
  • 300 ml Water
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Ground turmeric

Serve:

  • 2 tbsp Chive rolls
  • 2 radishes for garnish

Instructions
 

Asia minced meat:

  • Peel and dice the onion. Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves and ginger. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash and finely dice. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, fry the minced beef in it until crumbly and remove. Add the vegetables (onion cubes, garlic clove cubes, ginger cubes and chili pepper cubes) and fry / stir fry, with sweet soy sauce (2 tbsp), sweet chilli sauce (12 tbsp), dark soy sauce (1 tbsp), mild curry powder (1 tsp), coarse sea salt from the Season the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches) and continue to fry / cook for 3 - 4 minutes.

Fried egg:

  • Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan, fry the eggs into fried eggs and season each with a big pinch of coarse sea salt, a big pinch of colored pepper and a big pinch of paprika.

Yellow basmati rice:

  • Bring basmati rice (100 g) in water (300 ml) with salt (½ teaspoon) and turmeric (½ teaspoon) to the boil, stir well and cook with the lid closed at the lowest temperature for about 20 minutes.

Serve:

  • Press the rice into a cup and turn it onto the plate. Add the Asian minced meat and fried egg, sprinkle with chives and garnish with a radish each, serve
