Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1,000 g smoked pork
- 1,000 g onion(s)
- 1,000 g potatoes
- 1,000 g white cabbage
- ¼ liter vegetable broth
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Chop the meat into small pieces and fry in batches. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Trim the cabbage and chop them into pieces. Add everything to the meat and top up with vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 2 hours. Serve hot.
