Ingredients
FOR THE HACK STEAKS:
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 300 g Jacket potatoes
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 Egg
FOR THE DIPP:
- 150 g Yogurt
- 150 g Chopped parsley
- 0,5 tsp Mustard
- Salt pepper
FOR THE SALAD:
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tsp Dill
- Salt pepper
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0,5 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Peel and roughly slice the peeled potatoes.
- Season the mince and mix carefully with the egg and potatoes. Shape steaks. Fry in hot oil or clarified butter.
- Mix the yogurt, salt, pepper, mustard and parsley.
- Peel, halve, core and slice the cucumber.
- Oil, vinegar. Mix salt, pepper and honey and pour over the cucumber.
- Serve the steaks, salad and dip together.
