Potato Mince Steak

The perfect potato mince steak recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

FOR THE HACK STEAKS:

  • 300 gr Mixed minced meat
  • 300 gr Jacket potatoes
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • 1 Egg

FOR THE DIPP:

  • 150 gr Yogurt
  • 150 gr Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • Salt pepper

FOR THE SALAD:

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 tsp Honey
  1. Peel and roughly slice the peeled potatoes.
  2. Season the mince and mix carefully with the egg and potatoes. Shape steaks. Fry in hot oil or clarified butter.
  3. Mix the yogurt, salt, pepper, mustard and parsley.
  4. Peel, halve, core and slice the cucumber.
  5. Oil, vinegar. Mix salt, pepper and honey and pour over the cucumber.
  6. Serve the steaks, salad and dip together.
