Ingredients
 

FOR THE HACK STEAKS:

  • 300 g Mixed minced meat
  • 300 g Jacket potatoes
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • 1 Egg

FOR THE DIPP:

  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 150 g Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • Salt pepper

FOR THE SALAD:

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 tsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Peel and roughly slice the peeled potatoes.
  • Season the mince and mix carefully with the egg and potatoes. Shape steaks. Fry in hot oil or clarified butter.
  • Mix the yogurt, salt, pepper, mustard and parsley.
  • Peel, halve, core and slice the cucumber.
  • Oil, vinegar. Mix salt, pepper and honey and pour over the cucumber.
  • Serve the steaks, salad and dip together.
