- 200 g Mushrooms
- 250 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 500 g Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 shot Water warm
- 1 Splash Balsamic cream
- Clean, cut and sauté the mushrooms in a little oil. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and peel, wash and roughly grate the potatoes.
- Heat the frying fat and fry a small amount of potatoes with a double sieve to form a nest.
- Mix vinegar, oil, salt, sugar and a little warm water to make a dressing. Mix the lettuce and mushrooms with the oil and vinegar dressing and pour into the potato nests. Serve with a little basal vinegar cream.
