Potato Nests with Mushrooms and Lamb’s Lettuce (Ralf Dammasch)

The perfect potato nests with mushrooms and lamb’s lettuce (ralf dammasch) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 250 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 shot Water warm
  • 1 Splash Balsamic cream
  1. Clean, cut and sauté the mushrooms in a little oil. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and peel, wash and roughly grate the potatoes.
  2. Heat the frying fat and fry a small amount of potatoes with a double sieve to form a nest.
  3. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, sugar and a little warm water to make a dressing. Mix the lettuce and mushrooms with the oil and vinegar dressing and pour into the potato nests. Serve with a little basal vinegar cream.
