Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 potatoes
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
- 2 apples
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder

A delicious, vegan snack for in between meals
Peel and chop the apples, then sauté them in a small saucepan with the water and lemon juice until soft. Puree the apples with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Peel the potatoes and spiralize them. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and heat the spirals until the edges turn dark brown. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper before turning. Once the underside is also brown, drain the hash browns on kitchen paper and serve with the applesauce.
