Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g strawberries
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp rum (can be replaced with juice or omitted)
- 100 g confectionery (Raffaello)
- 250 g quark
- 50 g sugar
- 250 ml cream
- Desiccated coconut
- 100 g muesli (crunchy muesli, e.g. from Kellogs)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
First, hull the strawberries and quarter or eighth them. Then, mix them in a bowl with the rum and vanilla sugar. You can keep four whole strawberries for decoration. Quarter the Raffaellos and whisk them together with the quark. Then stir in the sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the quark mixture. Now you can fill four 250ml glasses. First, add a little cream, then a thin layer of strawberries and some granola (chop them into smaller pieces if necessary). Then add more cream, strawberries, and granola, and cover with more cream. Decorate with strawberries and coconut sprinkles and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
