Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g cannelloni without pre-cooking
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- oregano
- 1 pkt. tomatoes, pureed
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Brown the minced meat with the onion and garlic clove in a pan until crumbly. Season with oregano and let cool slightly. Fill the minced meat mixture into the cannelloni. Place them in a baking dish. Mix the tomatoes with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes.
