Potato-onion-Wienerle salad with orange-mustard dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g potatoes, peeled and weighed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 Vienna sausage
  • 50 g orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 50 g spirit vinegar
  • 50 g sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 24 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 34 minutes

Recycling leftovers

First, combine all the dressing ingredients and set aside. Quarter the potatoes lengthwise and slice them. Peel the onion, quarter it lengthwise, and then slice it into strips. Slice the wiener. Cook the potatoes for 8-10 minutes and drain. Then, combine all the ingredients with the dressing in a bowl, mix well, and serve.
