Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • salt water
  • 600 g beans, fresh or frozen
  • 400 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • some salt and pepper from the mill
  • 2 sprigs of thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel and dice the onions. Fry the bacon in heated oil. Add the potatoes and onions and fry. Cook the beans in salted water until al dente, then add them, heat briefly, and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Dice the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the pan. Let it melt briefly.
